The Process…

We’ll talk

We want to make sure we’re on the same page! We’ll go over the client’s project and any questions or concerns we may have.

You’ll sign the contract & pay the invoice

Before we get started, it’s important that the contract and invoice are both signed and paid to protect one another.

You can send us contracts you’d like signed as well.

We will send you questionnaires to send to the client

After the contract and invoice are signed, you’ll be emailed a detailed, unbranded questionnaire to send to the client so we can get started creating their dream project scenario!

You may be emailed several questionnaires to send to the client throughout this process as well!

We’ll hop on an onboarding call with the Client

Once we have their questionnaire, we’ll hop on an hour call with the client to make sure we know how to get them from point A-B. We’ll also make sure we have all of their access information so we can get started!

If you don’t want us to be face-to-face with the client, we will send you videos, questionnaires, and brochures to send to the client instead.

The Deliverable!!

Between 2-10 weeks – depending on how in-depth their project is – we’ll hop on a call with the client to go over the deliverable and get them some training!

If you don’t want us to be client-facing, we will send you custom video walkthroughs to send to the client.

Edits

After the call, we’ll send you (or the client) an Edit Request form that they can use whenever they’d like a revision. They can fill it out as much as they’d like within 14 days after the deliverable!

  • This depends on you! I prefer to have a discovery call with the potential client so I can ask the questions I need to know to perform the BEST services and give an accurate quote.

    However, I also have questionnaires that you can send them instead, and you can act as a liason between me nd the client.

  • Not to worry! In the case of an issue occuring, I would send you a message either via Slack or email if you do not want me to contact the client directly.

    If you don’t mind me talking with the client, then I will just send them an email with the information I need from them.

  • For my clients, I do schedule an hour zoom call after their project is complete to show them the deliverable, as well as answer any questions they may have.

    However, if you are not comfortable with me doing send-offs, I will create video walkthroughs that you can send the client, or that you can recreate yourself if you wish to be the only face of your team.

  • Even though my niche is wedding vendors, I am more than happy to help anyone in any industry with their needs!

  • A specific quote will depend on the client and their needs, but here are the starting prices:

  • You are more than welcome to hire me for a retainer client instead of a one-off project!

  • Great Question! I have been working with companies and their systems since 2018.

    I am a certified expert for ClickUp, a certified partner for Monday.com, and an Asana ambassador.

    Not everyone will be a great fit to work with me and I won’t be a great fit to work with everyone either!

    I am more than just the bottom line. Can I get you results? Absolutely! But I want to connect, have fun, and serve you so you can serve your clients the amazing services you offer. If you value the same things I value, there is so much we can accomplish together!

  • Yes! The client is responsible for paying for any systems that are needed.

    This could be an upgraded plan so we get access to more tools, or other helpful tools like Zapier.

    We do our best to require as little as possible since the client is already investing in so much. However, we recommend a monthly budget of AT LEAST $100 for their systems
