This depends on your needs and your package.
A Strategy Call takes only 45-90 minutes of your time.
The Full Build package takes between 4-6 weeks until its done!
The VIP Day will actually be a 3-day process, starting with an Onboarding call the first day, the work the second day, and the deliverable call the third day! That way we really spend the ENTIRE full day doing your work as opposed to a 2 hour chat in the morning and a 2 hour chat in the evening.

Due to the nature of the work, we do not offer refunds.

We do our best to balance this as a hands-off project while making sure the processes are exactly as you want them to be.
For the audit, the only thing we need from you is to grant us access to your account! We will explain how to do that.
For the Full Build package, we'll send you some questionnaires and have an hour-long onboarding and recorded offboarding call so you can refer back if you need to in the future.
For the VIP Day, we NEED you to be available – not on Zoom, just available to answer questions – the day we do your work so we can get as much done as possible and you get the most bang for your buck! So please, only schedule a day that you know you will have full access to your computer or phone.

I am a Certified Honeybook Educator, a certified expert for ClickUp, a certified partner for Monday.com, and an Asana ambassador.
Not everyone will be a great fit to work with me and I won’t be a great fit to work with everyone either!
